For land developers, engineers & architects
Pangea is the AI notetaker that thinks in projects, not meetings.
It records your meetings — no bot in the call — reads the project email and files you connect, and keeps a living file for every job. Nobody types a thing, and nobody chases a status again.
Free for two weeks no credit card — nothing to cancel, ever live before your next meeting

How it works
Not another notetaker. Here's the difference.
Every notetaker you've tried stops at a transcript filed by date. Pangea starts by learning your projects — so the work files itself to the job it belongs to. Everything else follows from that.
It learns your projects
Connect your project folders — Drive, OneDrive, Egnyte, Box — and Pangea maps every job your firm has going.
It listens
Your meetings — with no bot in the call — and the project email you connect. Nobody takes notes, nobody files anything.
Projects update themselves
When a job comes up — in any meeting, any email — its file updates: minutes, tasks, deadlines, decisions, filed to the right project.
Why that matters
A meeting lasts an hour.
A project lasts years.
Notes filed by date die in a feed. Notes filed by project become the project's memory — and every capture below feeds it.
Meetings, email, and files — one project file
“City wants the detention pond outlet moved before mylars.”
RE: Cedar Hollow — city fee schedule attached: park impact fees are $2,410 per unit.
C-301 Grading Plan r4.pdf added to Cedar Hollow / Civil.
And when one Monday call touches three jobs, its notes file into three project files — each with a receipt back to the moment someone said it.
Silent desktop app
Records with no bot in the call — no waiting-room guest, no attendee spam. It just starts.
Phone on the table
Record in-person meetings — site walks, city counters, conference rooms.
Notetaker bot — if you want one

Upload a recording
Any audio or video file — same notes, same automatic filing.
What you get
A live file for every project
Scope drifts, priorities shift, plans get re-issued. The file keeps up — so "where are we on this?" stops needing a meeting.
Cedar Hollow — Phase 2
- Kim Delgado is revising the outlet structure north of the trail easement — resubmittal targeted for Friday.
- Parks committee approved the trail connection 4–1; easement language goes to council on the 12th.
OPEN ACTION ITEMS
Open a project. Know everything.
A live dashboard for every job — the state of a two-year project, readable in thirty seconds.
Ask anything. Get receipts.
Answers pull from any meeting or email about the project, across your whole firm — see what the client told a teammate, what the city said, what you missed. Every answer cites the moment it came from.
Not another silo
It lands in your systems.
What Pangea captures shows up where your firm already works — your folders, your format, your tools.
Minutes in your format
Clear, structured meeting minutes you can share view-only — not a transcript dump somebody has to reformat.
Files where you keep them
Meeting notes file into the matching project folder in your company's Egnyte — and Drive, OneDrive, and Box folders link straight to their projects.
Tasks where you track them
Pangea suggests the update, you approve in one click, and it lands in your PM software — owner, due date, and a link back to the meeting. Signed webhook + full API for anything custom. If your firm runs it, we'll connect it.
Calendar
Never forget to hit record.
Connect your calendar — Google, Outlook, or any other — and Pangea joins your meetings in one click.
Calendar access is read-only — event titles and times only. Email and document access are separate, optional connections your admin controls, and disconnecting any of them takes one click. Details in our privacy policy.

Common questions
Fair questions, straight answers
Does a bot join our meetings?
Only if you want one. The desktop app records silently — no waiting-room guest, no attendee spam, and one recording per meeting even if three people run Pangea. For site walks and conference rooms, a phone on the table works too.
Do we have to change how we work?
No. Nobody types anything, nobody files anything, and your minutes go out looking the way your firm already writes them. Pangea listens to the work as it happens — that's the whole point.
What about clients and consultants who won't log into anything?
They never have to. Minutes go out as view-only links, follow-ups reach the people who owe you things, and your record stays your record.
Who can see what? Is our data safe?
You decide what leaves the building: shared minutes are view-only and clients never see back-of-house notes. Email and document connections are optional, admin controlled, and disconnect in one click. Details in our privacy policy.
What does it cost?
One flat price for your whole firm — no per-seat math, so the person who's in two meetings a month costs you nothing. And the trial is genuinely free: we don't collect a card at all, so we couldn't bill you by accident if we tried. We'll talk real numbers once you've seen it on your own projects.
How long does setup take?
We do it for you: projects imported from whatever you have, storage and email connected, your minutes format built in. You'll be live before your next meeting. And if you ever get stuck, email adam@permitify.com — replies within one business day.
The deal: 2 free weeks no card setup done for you one firm price 60-day every-dollar-back opt-out
